He is survived by: his wife Ramona Garza; his children, Clara Franco, Graciela Curiel (David), Fermin Perez Jr., Sandra Garcia (Gustavo), Arturo Perez (Arely), Roberto Perez (Vickie) and Ludivina Contreras (Carlos); and his sisters, Alicia Flores, Josefina Perez and Eva Perez. He is also survived by 15 grandchildren, numerous great grandchildren and 5 great-great grandchildren.
