He was predeceased by: his parents, Fermin Perez Sr. and Cleofas Sarmiento. He is survived by: his wife Ramona Garza; his children, Clara Franco, Graciela Curiel (David), Fermin Perez Jr., Sandra Garcia (Gustavo), Arturo Perez (Arely), Roberto Perez (Vickie) and Ludivina Contreras (Carlos); and his sisters, Alicia Flores, Josefina Perez and Eva Perez. He is also survived by 15 grandchildren, numerous great grandchildren and 5 great-great grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, January 29th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 9:00 PM at the Virgil Wilson Mortuary (2200 N Conway Ave, Mission, TX 78572). A prayer was held on Wednesday, January 29th 2025 at 6:00 PM at the same location. A funeral service will be held on Thursday, January 30th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location. A burial will be held on Thursday, January 30th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the San Jose Cemetery (1179-1249 S Stewart Rd, Mission, TX 78572).
