She was predeceased by: her parents, Lillie Machac and Theodore Machac; her husband Albert Kotara; her siblings, Richard, Frank Machac, Ida Mae Keller and Rosie Lee Hommel; and her granddaughter Kimberly Kotara.
She is survived by: her children, Ann, Marie Moczygemba (Ernest) of Frisco and Ray Kotara (Wanda) of Mansfield, Texas.; her grandsons, Kevin Moczygemba and Eric Kotara (Sussann); and her great grandchildren, Nathaniel, Alexis Wood and Elijah Kotara. She is also survived by family and friends.
