She was predeceased by: her mother Mathilda Bachman (Gerber); her husband Jerry; her brothers, Jerome and Delbert; and her brothers-in-law, Bert Leidholt and Jim Burke.
She is survived by: her children, Dawn Engels (Tom) of Maple Grove and Darren Burke (Amy) of St. Michael; her grandchildren, T. J. Engels, Ashley Henkel (Troy), Andrew and Connor Burke; her siblings, Paul Bachman (Patty) and Virginia Leidholt; and her siblings-in-law, Dave Burke, Mary Jo Burke and Deloris Bachman. She is also survived by many other relatives and friends.
