He was predeceased by: his parents, Elias Duran and Gertrudis Carillo; and his brother Mariano Duran. He is survived by: his wife Concepcion Perales Duran; his children, Ramon Duran, Guadalupe Duran, Juana Maria Duran, Sandra Duran, Sergio Duran and Eliezer Duran; and his siblings, Ramon Duran, Luisa Duran, Dora Duran and Rosaelia Duran. He is also survived by 12 grandchildren and 12 great-grandchildren.
