Edelmira Coronado Obituary
With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Edelmira Coronado of Mission, Texas, who passed away on February 21, 2025 at the age of 82. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Osvaldo J. Morales and Felicia Olivarez; her husband Guadalupe Coronado; and her brother Rudy Morales. She is survived by: her children, Guadalupe Coronado, Jr., Deborah Coronado, Gustavo Coronado (Elena), Jesus Jaime Coronado (Heather) and Rita Coronado Cordova (Roli); and her siblings, Osvaldo J. Morales, Jr., Sylvia Garcia, Rolando Morales, Blanca Garcia, Ricardo Morales, Alex Morales and Dinora Reyes. She is also survived by ten grandchildren and three great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Friday, February 28th 2025 from 3:00 PM to 9:00 PM at the Rivera Funeral Home - McAllen (1901 Pecan Blvd, McAllen, TX 78501). A prayer will be held on Friday, February 28th 2025 at 6:00 PM at the same location. A funeral Mass will be held on Saturday, March 1st 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Our Lady of Guadalupe Catholic Church (620 N Dunlap Ave, Mission, TX 78572).
