He is survived by: his wife Maggie Garcia; his children, Tammie Faulkner (Dennis) of Goshen, IN, Lori Miller (Jeremy) of Angola, IN, Nicki Troyer (Scott) of Middlebury, IN, Matt (Anja) of Naples, FL, Dee Phenis (Scott) of Franklin, IN, Donna Hampton (Rickie) of Carlile, AR, Mike Kuykendall (Angie) of Elkart, IN, Dorrie Langdan of Syracuse, IN and Debra Rice (Jeff) of Cedar Springs, MI; and his sister Vivian Schlaback. He is also survived by many grandchildren, great-grandchildren, a niece and nephew.
