He is survived by: his significant other Linda Ann Qualls; his children, Hervey A. Qualls (Patricia) and David B. Qualls (Missy); his siblings, Gary Qualls (Kathy) and Sandy Bell (Daniel); his close friend Guy Carnahan (Ronda); and his siblings-in-law, Joy Burlingame and John Milem. He is also survived by his many grandchildren, great grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
