He is survived by: his daughters, Maria Del Rosario Acosta, Cecilia Amador (Alfredo) and Sonia Garza (Domingo); his grandchildren, Brenda Gama (Juan), Jorge Gama, Jose Francisco Gama, Ulysses Gama, Iliana Amador (Elder), Ana Maria Gomez (Noe), Daniel Garza (Victoria) and Eva Maria Garza (Jose); his great grandchildren, Carolina Salinas (Jose), Cristobal Salinas, Alaia Flores, Aaliyah Flores, Ariella Flores and Avianna Sandoval; and his brothers, Armando Acosta, Rodolfo Acosta and Arturo Acosta.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, April 22nd 2025 from 5:00 PM to 9:00 PM at the Virgil Wilson Mortuary- Mission Tx (2200 N Conway Ave, Mission, TX 78572). A rosary was held on Tuesday, April 22nd 2025 from 7:00 PM to 7:45 PM at the same location. A funeral service was held on Wednesday, April 23rd 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Virgil Wilson Mortuary (2200 N Conway Ave, Mission, TX 78572). A burial was held on Wednesday, April 23rd 2025 from 11:00 AM to 11:45 AM at the Lord & I Cemetery- Palmview Tx (1203 E Goodwin Rd, Palmview, TX 78572).
