With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Celia Garcia Refugio (Mission, Texas), who passed away on February 10, 2022 at the age of 54. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her father Bernardo Garcia Dominguez. She is survived by: her husband Julio Ortiz; her sons, Bernardo Garcia (Susana), Jose A. Ramirez (Danae) and Erick Ramirez (Patricia); her siblings, Juan Garcia (Cruz), Saul Garcia (Nellie), Dora Garcia (Jose Juan), Gloria Garcia, Nohemi Garcia (Adonias) and Jesuita Garcia (Clemente); and her mother Micaela Refugio Bonola. She is also survived by her 7 grandchildren.

Due to the current climate surrounding COVID, visitors are asked to wear a facemask/covering.
