He is survived by: his wife Yolanda Galindo; his children, Abigal Rivas (Armando Cortez) and Maria Rivas (Jose Vargas); and his grandchildren, Viridiana Rivas, Jocelyn Cortez, Roberto Cortez, Ann Marie Rivera, Natalie Rivera, Ximena Vargas and Mirian Vargas.
