She was predeceased by: her parents, William Austin Ainsworth and Emma Ainsworth (Lockwood) of Virginia; her husband Oscar Lee Hunnicutt; and her siblings, Virginia Harvey, Dorothy Ann "Dot" Turnipseede and W. A. Ainsworth Jr..
She is survived by: her sons, John Hunnicutt (Kay) of McAllen and Samuel Hunnicutt (Julianne) of Junction, Texas; her grandchildren, Christie Hunnicutt of Hamden, CT, Heather Griffin (Stephen) of Houston, Seth Hunnicutt (JennaLynn) of San Antonio and Adam Hunnicutt of San Antonio; and her great grandchildren, Jacob, Logan Griffin, Addison and Bailee Hunnicutt.
