He was predeceased by: his parents, Leonardo Rodriguez and Consuelo Rodriguez; and his brothers, Isidore Rodriguez and Roberto Rodriguez. He is survived by: his children, Richard Rodriguez, Edward Rodriguez and María Magdalena Sayson (Ernie); his grandchildren, Jesse Clendenen, Carli Clendenen, Ana Craft and Elijah Sayson; his great grandchildren, Claire Craft, Karis Craft, Victoria Craft and Isaiah Sayson; his siblings, Avelino Rodriguez, Leon Rodriguez, Minerva Rivera and Alejandra Buehler; and his girlfriend Frances Rodriguez. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
