He was predeceased by: his son Jerry Don Smith. He is survived by: his wife Jeanna B Smith; his daughters, Sharon Ghent, Carol Stank, Beverly Reeves and Debbie Smith; and his sisters, Doris Elliott and Mary Griess. He is also survived by 13 grandchildren; 25 great-grandchildren.
