She is survived by: her children, Kenneth Charles Carter of Birmingham, Ala and Kimberly Ann Hancock (Wilburn) of Rock Hill; her grandchildren, Ian Carter, Zoe Carter, Luke Hancock and Christopher Hancock; and her sister Doris Strazdus.
