He was predeceased by: his parents, Joe D. Palmer and Attie Lee Palmer; and his son Ronald Joe Palmer. He is survived by: his wife Frances Deen Palmer; his sons, Michael Palmer (Judy) and Derrick Palmer (Amy); his grandchildren, Ryan Goldston (Vanessa), Christian Palmer (Stephanie) and Colton Palmer (Victoria); and his great grandchildren, Peyton, Myla Paige, Emmett and Graham. He is also survived by extended family members and friends.
