He was predeceased by: his parents, B. B. Kelly and Ruth Kelly. He is survived by: his wife Donna Kelly; his siblings, Pam, Brenda and Tim; and his children, Gary Neil Kelly Jr., Tim Kelly, Jenny Smith, Bobby Turner, Kimberly Moore and Melissa Hoeckendorf. He is also survived by 20 grandchildren and great grandchildren.
