He is survived by: his brother Charles MacPhail (Keri); his children, Donnie MacPhail (Davida), Shelby Roberts (Dusty), Dean Stricklin, Jr. and Chrissy Lee; his grandchildren, Jessica (Micheal Reed), Courtney (Micheal Arthur), Stacy (Bryce Polhemus), Alana Marie, Kutter (Amber Snapp), Bobby (Hannah Phelps), Dean III, Taner and Shantel Stricklin (Victoria Gonzales); his great grandchildren, Joslynn, Alyssia, Kaitlynn, Alaster, Jasper, Karlee, Chloe, Hannah, McKinzee and Tayah; and his nieces and nephews, Nichole, Sarah, Heather, Shawn, Paul and Chris.
