He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, William Rio and Lillie Del Rio; his wife Barbara; his daughters, Rebecca Borski (David) and Kay Cason (Eric); his grandchildren, Christina Walker (Cody), Thomas Borski (Jenni), Tanner Cason and Tara Cason; his great grandchildren, Nova Borski and Benjamin Walker; and his siblings, Bernice Barton, Delores Brown and Donald Ray Del Rio. He was also cherished by nieces and nephews.
