He is survived by: his wife Sandra Lane Midkiff of Mineral Wells; his sisters, Ina Jean Midkiff and Ann Marie Midkiff of Austin; his nephews, Jason Midkiff of Austin and Colby Midkiff (Soraya) of Sterling; his niece Kylie Midkiff Fink (Rusty) of Weatherford, TX; and his great-nieces, Kayla and Gracie Fink.
