He was predeceased by: his parents, John Ritchie Price and Ruby Lockie Price (Stephensen); his wife Marilyn Frances Price; his granddaughter Menda Raye Price; his brother Jerry Price; and his brother-in-law Floyd Reasoner.
He is survived by: his sons, Allen Ray Price, Jr. (Frankie) and Brad Price (Kellie); his siblings, Jim Price (Dede) and Linda Reasoner; and his siblings-in-law, Bobby Stover (Mary Jo) and Barbara Price. He is also survived by six grandchildren and eleven great-grandchildren; numerous nieces and nephews.
