He was predeceased by: his parents, Don Parpart and Pansy Carwile-Parpart. He is survived by: his children, Sunny Lane Mayes (Larry) of Hugo, Tori Lane Koch (James) of Mineola, Jana Leigh of Quitman, Jona Lynn Parpart of Quitman and Zac Parpart (Samantha) of Mineola; his sisters, Kimberly Park of Houston and Jodi Levesseur of Big Lake; and his grandchildren, Logan, Adriana, Triston, Addie, Larsun, Ashlynn, Joana, Allison and Victor Jr.. He is also survived by many other family members and friends.
