It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Michael Christopher Skaggs of Mineola, Texas, who passed away on January 13, 2025, at the age of 75, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Ralph Lee Skaggs and Dolores Villanueva Skaggs; and his granddaughter Kyleigh Hildebrand. He is survived by: his daughter Lindsay Michelle (Kyle); his wife Susan Skaggs; his children, Jennifer Robinson (Luke) and Jeff Skaggs (Deidre); his stepchildren, James Hildebrand (Vanessa McKnight) and Michelle Agee (Jason); and his siblings, Shawn Pettit (Warren), Rick Skaggs (Penny), Melanie Murray (Jon) and Mark Skaggs (Cheryl).
A celebration of life was held on Monday, January 20th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the First Christian Church (209 N Pacific St, Mineola, TX 75773).
