She was predeceased by: her husband Harry Kibodeaux; her parents, Fred Burwick and Ellie Lee Singletary Burwick; her daughter Cynthia "Cindy" Smith; and her sister Virginia Curb.
She is survived by: her son Shane Kibodeaux of Mineola; and her grandchildren, Mindy Huddleston of Mineola, Quincy Smith of Mineola and Andy Kibodeaux of Newton. She is also survived by nine great-grandchildren; ten great-great-grandchildren.
