He was predeceased by: his parents, Loy Frazier and Louise Frazier; his daughter Jennifer; and his granddaughter Meghan. He is survived by: his wife Shirley; his sister Susan; and his son Loy. He is also survived by 5 step-children, 10 grandchildren, and 4 great-grandchildren.
A memorial service was held on Friday, December 20th 2024 at 12:00 PM at the First Methodist Church (301 N Pacific St, Mineola, TX 75773).
