She was predeceased by: her parents, Inagene Smith and Paul Smith; her husband James L. Bullard; her brother Gene M. Smith; her sister-in-law Patricia Smith; and her sons, Brent Bullard and Mark Bullard.

She is survived by: her former husband Robert A. Berry; her brothers, Phillip P. Smith and Steve Smith (Marilyn); her sister-in-law Eyvonne Smith; her children, Melanie Whitton (Wesley), Holly Voight (Tim), Owen Berry, Betsy Hammack and Mary Lynn Bullard; and her grandchildren, Chrisopher Bullard, Corey Bullard, Heather Bullard, Melissa Burton, Casey Hammack, Michael Hall, Austin Hall, Cody Hall, Shelby Etchelecu and Jacob Etchelecu. She is also survived by several great grandchildren and a whole host of extended family and friends.
