He was predeceased by: his father Troy Franklin Willingham. He is survived by: his wife Patsy Willingham; his children, Ray Troy Willingham (Karen) of Big Sandy, Richard Wayne Willingham (Bea) of Springfield, MO and Kimberly Dawn Anderson (David) of Magnolia, Texas; and his sisters, Jo Ellen Callaway (Jim) of Franklin and Shirley Nuche of Dallas, Texas. He is also survived by seven grand children and six great grandchildren; numerous nieces and nephews.
