She is survived by: her daughters, Jana Otting, Jill Lumpkin, Alicia Rasbeary and Debbie Havis; her grandchildren, Christi, Kelli, Clayton, Paige, Justin, Wendy and Dee Ann; her great grandchildren, Rilynn, Kinsey and Kailey; and her great great grandchild Harper. She is also survived by numerous nieces & nephews.
Throughout her life, Kay made profound contributions to her community and touched countless lives through her kindness and service.
