He is survived by: his wife Charlotte Neel; his sons, John Neel (Elyssa) of Oklahoma and Josh Neel (Kristin) of Coppell; his stepchildren, Charles Embry, Jr. of California, Christopher Embry (Catrina) of Sulphur Springs, Cory McNeese of Arizona and Courtney Clark (Joshua) of Oklahoma; his sister Joanne Smith (James); and also Yorkie Nicki. He is also survived by 14 grandchildren, 3 great-grandchildren.
