He is survived by: his mother Dorothy Ann Bullock; his wife Debbie Bullock; his daughters, Lacy Ann Smith, Krystal Rabb (Dale) and Laura Willbanks; his brother Mark Bullock; his mother-in-law Earlene Craver; his brother-in-law Rob Craver (Karen); his grandchildren, Izakk Willbanks, Aubrey Willbanks and Gavin Willbanks; and his nieces, Kristen Craver and Taylor Craver.
