He was predeceased by: his siblings, Wayne Woody, Charlene Robbins, Mary Lou Berry, Ruth Henry and Shirley Woody.

He is survived by: his wife Beverly; his children, Randy (Nicole Woody) of Brookesmith, TX and Denise (Mark Metzger) of Corinth, TX; and his grandchildren, Garrett Metzger of Pilot Point and Sarah Sutterfield of South Carolina. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
