He was predeceased by: his parents, Parker Sullivan and Lois Hartsfield Sullivan; and his wife Jo Ann Belcher Sullivan. He is survived by: his daughter Becky; his son-in-law Randy Osborne of Mineola, TX; his granddaughter Hannah Osborne of Waco, TX; his brothers, Mike Sullivan of Mineola and Don Sullivan (Wanda) of Lindale; his sister-in-law Norma Belcher McVicker of Mineola; his friend Geneva Boman; and also Lloyd.
In lieu of flowers, the family would like donations to be made to New Hope Baptist Church Building Fund or Methodist Children's Home in Waco TX (mch.org), as Lloyd was especially proud of the work Hannah does while working there.
