He was predeceased by: his parents, Jack Willis Britton and Margaret Lou Smith Britton; and his siblings, Wanda Raymond, Brenda Hogan, Roger Causey and Jackie Britton.

He is survived by: his wife Joan Britton; his children, Rhonda Law, Kasey Yount and Kevin Britton; and his siblings, Delcia Nelson, Jerry Britton and Charles Daring. He is also survived by 12 grandchildren and 3 great-grandchildren.
