It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Elda Maydonna Skinner of Mineola, Texas, who passed away on December 12, 2021, at the age of 89, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Durwood Osborne and Maydonna Osborne (Jackson); her husband Bill Skinner; her brothers, Elvis and Charles Osborne; her children, Vicki Clark of Tyler, Bill Skinner (Debbie) of Quitman, Terry Skinner (Randie) of Fairfield, Jesse Skinner of Mineola and Dan Skinner (Jan) of Quitman; her siblings, Monna Kinel of Forney, Gene Osborne (Alta) of Hainesville and Randy Osborne (Susan) of Eustace; and also Bill Skinner. She was also cherished by 13 grandchildren; 31 great grandchildren; and numerous other family members and friends.
