He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Joe Harold Willoughby, Pauline Marie Acker Willoughby, W. G. Petrea, Betty Petrea and Lois Petrea Smith; his cousin Joshua Keith Petrea; and his aunt Cindy Lou Wilson.
He is survived by: his parents, Billy Joe Petrea and Rose Willoughby Petrea; his son Jesse James Petrea; his sister Crystal Marie Petrea (Johnny Jones); his niece Shelby Marie Jones; and his nephews, Johnny "Bubba" Jones and Adrian DeWitt.
In lieu of flowers, an account has been set up at City National Bank in Mineola, family request donations to be made to the account of Rose Petrea and Crystal Petrea for Jesse James Petrea.
