She was predeceased by: her parents, Burl Fann and Lillian Pearl Fann; her husband Johnnie Dowell; and her daughter Teresa Fran Dowell. She is survived by: her daughter Dianna Cyne Pullen; and her sisters, Ina Grace Dial and Byrlene Fuller.
