He is survived by: his wife Alice Gwendolyn Butler; his siblings, Lillian Butler of Grand Saline, Lloyd, Elvis of Fruitvale and Charles of Longview; his children, David Allen, Linda Hays and Lori Miller; and his caregiver Carolyn Favors. He is also survived by spouses, five grandchildren, twelve great-grandchildren, ten great great grandchildren.
