She was predeceased by: her father Holland Shirey; and her husband Gene Morscheck. She is survived by: her children, Henry Morscheck (Sandi) of Richardson and Jean Marie Derum (Allan) of Plano. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers the family request donations be made to the First Unites Methodist Church in Mineola.
