He is survived by: his wife Nona Sue Mantooth; his sons, Ronald Mantooth (Shelly Mantooth) of Katy and Chris Mantooth (Melissa Mantooth) of Milford; his grandchildren, Kristian Meyer, Lonnie C. Mantooth, Mathew Mantooth, Andrew Mantooth and Dylan Bartlett; and his child Jason Carbalis.
