He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank Penkert and Katherine Penkert (Treadaway); his brother James F. Penkert (Jimmy); his siblings-in-law, Kathy Penkert and Randy Wright; and his nephews, Jim Penkert and Eric Penkert.
He is survived by: his sister Fayann Wright of Miles; his grandchildren, Taylen (Conner), Jada and Hayven; his nieces and nephews, Chris Blackwell (Charla) and Robin Wright; and his great-nieces, Cora Blackwell (Fizzle) and Britnee Counts. He is also survived by many family members and special friends.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Miles Museum in Terry's honor.
