He is survived by: his wife Elizabeth Marie Fischer of Miles; his sons, Scott E. Fischer (Rion) of Eden and Jarrad Fischer (Kim) of Abilene; and his siblings, Dennis E. Fischer, Judy Keller (Phil) of Owensboro, KY, Francele Warren (Dan) of Owensboro, KY and Rethia Bumgardner (Jack) of West Virginia. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
