She was predeceased by: her parents, Raymond Urban and Geraleen Urban; her nephews, John Burrus, Bob Hollweg and Bill Hollweg; her aunt Faye; and her uncle Erwin Kiesling.

She is survived by: her sisters, Merle Kay Hollweg and Janice May Burrus; her nephew Deen Burrus; and her nieces, Kim Chevalier and Gera Bruner.
