With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Carol L. Newman of Milano, Texas, who passed away on February 11, 2023 at the age of 71. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Robert B. Holt and Linda Lee Holt (Vaughn); and her parents-in-law, Carl and Martha Newman. She is survived by: her husband Mark Newman of Milano; her children, Jason Newman (Susan) of Harlingen and Rebecca Hobson (Brad) of Milano; her sisters, Jane McDonald (Jack) of Jourdanton and Patsy Beckett (Donnie) of New Braunfels; her brother-in-law Greg Newman (Lynne) of McDade; and her grandchildren, Ryan Newman, Taylor Newman, Abigail Olson, Westen Hobson, Easten Hobson and Braden Hobson. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, friends and extended family.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to Milano Methodist Church.
