He was predeceased by: his parents, James Charles Blanchard and Doris Thompson Blanchard. He is survived by: his wife Lavinia Blanchard of Milam; his children, Morgan Blanchard (Wilma) of Saratoga, Lawrence Blanchard (Leslie) of Saratoga, Tabitha Hendrix (Trey) of Saratoga, Rebecca Lee (Tony) of Batson and Lisa Bowman (Jonathan) of Morton; his stepbrothers, Brandon McClure (Kim) and Wayne Meadows (Pam); his sister Delores Schexnider of Ragley; his stepsister Kolynda Sigle (Brian); and his stepmother Tonyia Blanchard-Freeman. He is also survived by 17 grandchildren and five great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the Shamrock Shores Volunteer Fire Department in Tommy's memory, honoring his commitment to service and community.
