He was predeceased by: his parents, Benton McNaughten and Lydia Buna Gray McNaughten; his grandchildren, Leslie Kay Brown and Timothy Joe Turner; his stepdaughter Mary Kathleen Goodwin; his brother Benny Lewis McNaughten; and his half-sister Lois Anderson (Roy Anderson).
He is survived by: his wife Montez McNaughten; his daughters, Konnie Kay Long (Randy) of Brookeland, Mary Ann Oliver (Craig) of Pataskala, Lydia Darlene Turner of Jasper and Stacie Annette McNaughten of Pearland; his stepchildren, Lee Edward Waller (Sharon) of San Antonio, Karen Jean Johnson (Glenn) of Lufkin and Kimberly Ann Elliott of Nacogdoches; and his sisters, Mary Joyce O'Riley of Silsbee, Shirley Parks (Stephen) of San Antonio, Helen Forman of Marshall and Betty Turley of Longview. He is also survived by grandchildren and numerous great grandchildren.
