She is survived by: her husband Robert Keith Owens; her sons, Charles William Tamborina and Keith Taulby Owens (Rachel); and her siblings, Bobby Joe Garrett (Cora), Himburg, Peggy Raspberry, Patsy Ann Garrett and Kathy Holland. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews.
