He is survived by: his wife Emily Chrastecky Kahanek of Yoakum; his children, Cindy Kelley (Keith) of Golden, Colorado and Alan Kahanek (Lisa) of Yoakum; his grandchildren, Ross Kelley, Korey Kelley, Jared Kahanek and Connor Kahanek; and his stepgranddaughter Brittany Drozd.
