He was predeceased by: his parents, Skelton Ladell Prewitt and Ellen Louise Prewitt-Christy. He is survived by: his wife Stephanie Lynn Prewitt; his children, Rebecca Lynn, Lyndon Garrett, Trevor Ladell, Travis Clark, Erin Renee Prewitt and Rachel Kathleen (James Daniel Sanchez); his grandchildren, Adam James and Laura Rose Sanchez; his siblings, Stephen (Marla Prewitt), Danny (Armenia Prewitt) and Karol (Gary Gilbert); his mother-in-law Linda Jeffries; and his brother-in-law William Brent Jeffries. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, and cousins.
Visitation was held on Thursday, January 16th 2025 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Midlothian Funeral Home (200 E Ave East, Midlothian, TX 76065). A funeral service was held on Friday, January 17th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Pathway Baptist Church (1116 Brown St, Waxahachie, TX 75165).
