He is survived by: his children, Pam Westmoreland (Michael Mayfield) and Randy Kinsala; his grandchildren, Alisha Boren (BJ), Brandi Bonner (Brett), Allen Kinsala (Mallory) and Randall Kinsala; his great grandchildren, Shelby, Gavin Boren, Baylee, Brody Bonner, Kyle Kinsala, Coy and Max Lanza; and his brother Bill Kinsala (Linda).
