Amanda Nobles wrote a sympathy message

“I am only now learning of Tom’s passing. I am so very sorry. I have many warm and funny memories from working with him on projects in Kilgore through the years. His knowledge of historic buildings and ideas of how to solve the many problems with them was invaluable. I treasure those memories and I offer my thoughts and prayers to his family.”
