She is survived by: her husband Patrick Hammer; her sons, Robert Kuykendall and Johnny Kuykendall; and her siblings, Elaine Budoff, Janet Hunter, Jeffrey Shull and David Shull. She is also survived by 8 grandchildren and their spouses; 10 great grandchildren; numerous nieces and nephews, and Patrick's extended family.
